ACTS 14:1

In Iconium, Paul and Barnabas went together into the Jewish synagogue. They spoke so effectively that a large number of both Jews and Greeks came to faith.

And it came to pass in Iconium, that they went both together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spake, that a great multitude both of the Jews and also of the Greeks believed.

Paul and Barnabas stayed for a considerable time, speaking boldly in reliance on the Lord. He confirmed the message of His grace by enabling signs and wonders to take place through them.

ACTS 14:8

The priest of Zeus, whose temple stood outside the city, brought bulls and flower garlands to the gates. He and the crowds wanted to offer a sacrifice.
